Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Abhinava Associates, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, we have outlined the process and guidelines below to ensure a transparent and fair approach.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact us immediately by email or phone to request cancellation.
    • To cancel, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • If the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame and the order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
  • After Shipment:
    Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please include your order number, details of the product(s), and your contact information when making the cancellation request.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Product Defects or Damage:
    If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. Please inspect the product upon receipt, and if you find any issues, contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a refund.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items:
    If you receive an incorrect item or if items are missing from your order, we will arrange a refund for the incorrect or missing items once we have verified the issue. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Product Return:
    If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the return will be accepted only under the conditions set out in our Return Policy. Please note that products returned in such cases may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping charges may be non-refundable.
  • Refund Process:
    • All refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. If you paid via Razorpay, the refund will be credited to the same credit/debit card or bank account.
    • Please note that refunds may take  7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment method and your bank’s processing time.
    • If you used Razorpay as your payment method, please note that any processing fees charged by Razorpay for the transaction may not be refunded.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within the applicable time frame i.e 7 days via email at contact@abhinava.in or by phone at +91 8500 850 174.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product(s) name(s) and reason for return/refund
    • Photos of the damaged/defective product (if applicable)
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund and notify you when the refund has been issued.

3. Return Policy (Related to Refunds)

If you wish to return an item and request a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Condition of Product:
    The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Request Timeline:
    Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    Some items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products, may not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind:
    If you change your mind about the purchase after the item has been shipped or delivered, the refund will only be processed if the item is defective or damaged.
  • Missing Returns:
    If you fail to return the product in the condition specified in our Return Policy, we will not process the refund.
  • Final Sale Items:
    Some items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Payment Gateway Processing Fees

Refunds are subject to any transaction processing fees charged by Razorpay. While we do not charge any cancellation or refund fees, any applicable payment gateway processing fees from Razorpay may be deducted from the refunded amount. Please refer to Razorpay’s policies for further details.
